Car Class Reference Sheet
Whenever you race online, you’ll want to keep track of the car class you’re using. Usually, you’ll race against cars from the same class, since competing against a car from a different class can be difficult. When you’re selecting your car before a race, the car’s class is listed in the upper-right hand corner of its picture. You can sort your selections by class before the race begins… but it wouldn’t hurt to take a quick look at this list of cars and classes before you jump into online competition.
Die-hard racing fans have their own favorite cars, of course, along with reasons why they prefer some marques over others. After you’ve been racing for a while, you may notice that some cars in Project Gotham Racing®: 3 are actually easier to drive than others. We’ve discovered that some cars are designed to challenge advanced drivers, and a few might even challenge expert drivers. When you read through the description of each car, you’ll see a listing of its difficulty at the beginning of the description—we’ve gathered all these ratings in one place to make the choice easier.
