Achievements and Badges

From the Main menu, click on Achievements to see a list that includes sections for your Badges and Achievements. We won’t describe all the badges, but we’ll give you a sampling that shows the types of goals you can work toward in the game.

Badges

Typical Race Craft Badges

• Powerslide Badges:

  If you can perform a Gutsy, Towering, or Unending Powerslide, you’ll earn one of these badges.

• Combo Badges:

  You’ll get one of these the first time you perform a x3, x5, or x10 Combo.

• Back-to-Back Wins:

  Win 3, 5, or 10 races in a row to win one of these rewards.

• Clean Racing Badges:

  Win one race without penalties and you’ll get the No Penalties badge. Win ten No Penalties Badges earned and you’ll receive the 10 Races with No Penalties Badge.

• Big Air:

  Stay airborne for two seconds.

Typical Career Badges

• All Medals:

  You’ll get a badge each time you finish all the Solo Career Badges on each level of difficulty, earning your rep as with an All Steel, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum Medal Badge.

• Transmission Badges:

  Finish a championship while driving a manual transmission, or complete a Career Event on Hardcore difficulty with a manual transmission, to earn a Transmission Badge.

• King Badges:

  Finish all races of the same type in the Solo Career mode to earn one of these. The Time King Badge is for time-based races; the Style King Badge is for style-based races, and the Race King Badge is for wheel-to-wheel championships.

• Wealth Badges:

  Own a car from each of the five classes, or own every car in the game, to receive the Wealth Badge. The Race Craft category includes a separate badge for owning cars whose combined credits amount to over a million credits.

Typical Online Badges

• Winning Streak:

  Earn a Badge for winning 3, 5, or 10 races in a row.

• Online Career Credits:

  Earn a Badge when you rack up 10k, 25k, or 100k credits online.

• Online Kudos:

  If you can win 250, 500, or 1,000 Kudos in one race, you’ll get one of these shiny Online Kudos Badges.

• Complete Races:

  Complete 25, 50, or 100 races for this reward.

• Start Last, Finish First:

  Move from the back of the pack and then be the first to the finish line and you‘ll score this reward.

• Win in Each Online Scenario:

  One of the most prestigious Badges in the game; you’ll have to work hard for this one.

Achievements

Typical Achievements

• Achievements for Badges:

  Some of the badges you earn can unlock Achievements as well, including Pro Racer and the All Medals badges (Steel, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum).

• Kudos:

  When you earn enough Kudos to reach Rank 10, Rank 5, and Rank 1, you’ll unlock one of these achievements. You can keep track of your progress towards rank by watching the ticker at the top of the Solo Career menu.

• Photographer:

  Take a screenshot in Photo Mode from each of the five cities in the game, like we did for our Cities page.

• Car Collector Badges:

  You can earn achievements for buying all of the Ferraris in the game (Ferrari Owners Club), all of the Lamborghinis (Lamborghini Owners Club), or seven of the most exotic cars in the game (Exotic Car Collector).

• Online Professional:

  This combines several of the Online Badges, including 50 Online Races; Start Last, Finish First; 3x Winning Streak; Clean Races; and Win in Each Online Scenario Badges.

• Style Racer:

  This combines several of the Race Craft Badges, including a 25-meter long Powerslide, a 10x Combo, 25k of online Kudos, 1k Kudos in a race, and Kudos for every maneuver.

• Track Builder:

  Create 10 custom routes using the Route Creator.

• Race Against the Clock:

  Post a time on each one of the PGR 3 tracks in Race Against the Clock mode to show your dedication to time trials.
